Established in 2011, Deyu is a manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sale. It is committed to the R&D and manufacturing of global travel adapters, universal adapters, power adapters, chargers, industrial plugs and sockets, computer peripherals, plastic hardware accessories, and other products. The products that we manufacture are strictly compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 international quality management system.

We produce 90 percent of our materials in-house, allowing us to better control our quality and manufacturing costs. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our in-house staff is responsible for the QC operation. We have an independent laboratory equipped with a chrome auto-tester, burn-in room, and other advanced QC equipment.
Quality Control Procedures
QC starts from the inspection of raw materials/components. Each phase of production undergoes stringent testing and inspection to ensure quality. Also, we conduct random checking of products and pre-packing checks before delivery.

Policy on Forced Labour
We do not use any prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture of any of our products.
Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular workweek. Over time, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical, or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person.
